Instructions

Step 1:
In a large bowl combine warm milk melted butter and sugar Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy
Step 2:
Add eggs and salt mix well Gradually add flour mixing until a sticky dough forms
Step 3:
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 6 8 minutes until smooth and elastic or use a stand mixer with a dough hook
Step 4:
Place dough in a greased bowl cover and let rise in a warm spot for 60 75 minutes or until doubled in size
Step 5:
Turn dough onto a floured surface and roll into a 16×12 inch rectangle
Step 6:
Spread softened butter over the dough Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon
