04 - ½ cup (75 g) strawberries, sliced
05 - ½ cup (75 g) blueberries
06 - ½ cup (75 g) kiwi, peeled and sliced
07 - ¼ cup (30 g) raspberries
08 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
09 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Slice the watermelon crosswise into a 1-inch-thick round slab. Pat dry with paper towels for best yogurt adhesion.
02 - Place the watermelon round on a large cutting board or platter.
03 - In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, if using.
04 - Evenly spread the yogurt over the top of the watermelon, leaving a small border around the edge.
05 - Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and raspberries over the yogurt, distributing them attractively.
06 - Sprinkle with shredded coconut and fresh mint, if desired.
07 - Using a large knife, cut the topped watermelon round into 8 wedges, like pizza slices. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
