01 - 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 fat ratio)

→ Binding and Flavor

02 - 1 box (6 ounces) Stove Top stuffing mix, any flavor
03 - 2 large eggs

→ Liquid

04 - 1 cup water or milk

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a standard loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, gently combine ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, and chosen liquid until just incorporated, taking care not to overmix.
03 - Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and press down gently to form an even loaf.
04 - Spread 1/2 cup ketchup or barbecue sauce evenly over the top of the loaf, if desired.
05 - Bake uncovered for 50 to 55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F and the meatloaf is thoroughly cooked.
