05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
→ Decoration & Platter
09 - 1 small carrot (for nose and scarf)
10 - 2 black olives (for eyes and buttons)
11 - 1 red bell pepper (for scarf)
12 - 1 cucumber, sliced
13 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes
14 - 1 cup baby carrots
15 - 1 cup broccoli florets
16 - 1 cup cauliflower florets
17 - 1 cup snap peas
18 - Fresh parsley or dill (optional, for garnish)
19 - Crackers or pita chips (optional, for serving)
# Steps to Follow:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped chives until smooth and fully combined.
02 - Separate the dip into two portions. Form a larger ball to create the snowman’s body and a smaller ball for the head. Place both on a large serving platter to assemble the snowman shape.
03 - Cut a round slice from the carrot to serve as the nose. Position black olives to form eyes and buttons. Slice the red bell pepper into strips and arrange these as a scarf.
04 - Evenly distribute sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, and snap peas around the dip snowman to compose a colorful vegetable platter.
05 - Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley or dill. Serve alongside crackers or pita chips if desired.
