01 - 2 boxes (3 oz each) blue raspberry gelatin mix
02 - 2 cups boiling water
03 - 2 cups cold water

05 - 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
06 - 1/2 cup assorted holiday sprinkles or candy snowflakes
07 - 8 clear plastic cups (6–8 oz each)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, dissolve blue raspberry gelatin in boiling water, stirring continuously for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
02 - Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir to blend completely.
03 - Distribute the gelatin evenly into 8 clear cups, filling each to about halfway.
04 - Refrigerate the cups for 1 hour until the gelatin is slightly set but still soft.
05 - Gently press mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips into the gelatin for a snow effect, then sprinkle candy snowflakes or holiday sprinkles on top.
06 - Return the cups to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 1 to 1.5 hours until fully set.
07 - Just before serving, top each cup with whipped cream and garnish with gummy candies as desired.
