# What You'll Need:

→ Soda Options

01 - 1 cup (240 ml) butterbeer soda (store-bought or homemade)
02 - 1 cup (240 ml) blood orange soda or mimosa soda (combine orange soda with a splash of sparkling wine for a brunch twist)

→ Ice Cream

03 - 2 large scoops (about 100 g each) premium vanilla ice cream

→ Garnishes (optional)

04 - Whipped cream
05 - Orange zest or caramel drizzle
06 - Fresh mint leaves

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Chill two tall glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes, if desired.
02 - Place one large scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass.
03 - Slowly pour the chosen soda over the ice cream in each glass, allowing the foam to rise. Pour gently to avoid overflow.
