# What You'll Need:

01 - 8 large strawberries, hulled and halved
02 - 1 cup pineapple chunks
03 - 1 cup green grapes
04 - 1 cup blueberries
05 - 1 cup cantaloupe or orange melon, cubed
06 - 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
07 - 1 cup red grapes
08 - 8 wooden or bamboo skewers

→ Yogurt Dip

09 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
10 - 2 tablespoons honey
11 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
12 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Wash and prepare all fruit. Cut larger pieces (like strawberries, melon, and kiwi) into bite-sized chunks.
02 - Thread fruit onto skewers in rainbow order: strawberry, cantaloupe, pineapple, kiwi, green grape, blueberry, red grape. Repeat as needed to fill the skewer.
03 - In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
04 - Arrange fruit skewers on a platter and serve with the yogurt dip on the side.
