01 - 4 slices whole grain or sourdough bread
→ Spread & Fruit
02 - 4 tbsp natural peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
03 - 2 ripe bananas, sliced

04 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
05 - 2 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts
06 - 2 tbsp granola
07 - 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
08 - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
09 - Pinch of sea salt
# Steps to Follow:
01 - Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crisp.
02 - Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each warm slice of toasted bread.
03 - Arrange banana slices evenly over two of the peanut butter–topped slices.
04 - Drizzle honey or maple syrup evenly over the banana slices.
05 - Sprinkle chopped peanuts, granola, chia seeds if using, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt over the bananas.
06 - Place the remaining peanut butter–spread bread slices on top, peanut butter side down, to form two sandwiches.
