02 - 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt

03 - 1/3 cup (1.25 oz) unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 1/4 cup (1.4 oz) dark chocolate chips, melted (optional)

05 - 3 tablespoons (1.5 fl oz) honey or maple syrup, to taste
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of sea salt

08 - Fresh berries
09 - Shaved dark chocolate

# Steps to Follow:
01 - In a food processor or high-speed blender, add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
02 - Process the mixture until fully smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
03 - If using, add melted dark chocolate and blend again until uniformly combined.
04 - Taste and modify sweetness with additional honey or maple syrup if desired.
05 - Spoon the mousse into serving cups or bowls, smoothing the surface evenly.
06 - Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to allow the mousse to firm.
07 - Before serving, optionally top with fresh berries, shaved chocolate, or chopped nuts.
