01 - Combine diced mango, sliced bananas, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture reaches a completely smooth and creamy consistency.
02 - Taste the blended mixture and adjust sweetness if needed. Blend again to incorporate additional sweetener, if using.
03 - Pour the smooth mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
04 - Place popsicle sticks into the filled molds and transfer to the freezer. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, or until the pops are solid.
05 - To remove popsicles, run the molds briefly under warm water and gently extract each pop.
