# Steps to Follow:

01 - Warm olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until translucent.
02 - Incorporate minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chilies (if using) and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
03 - Stir in cumin, coriander, garam masala, smoked paprika, turmeric, and red chili powder. Toast spices for 1 minute to activate aroma.
04 - Pour in diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and flavors combine.
05 - Add sweet corn kernels to the pot and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
06 - Pour in vegetable broth and gently bring mixture to a boil.
07 - Introduce broken lasagne sheets and simmer uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until just al dente.
08 - Fold in baby spinach leaves and cook for 2 minutes until thoroughly wilted.
