# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted

→ Glaze

02 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 tbsp honey
04 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

→ To Serve

05 - 4 scoops high-quality vanilla ice cream
06 - Extra honey, for drizzling
07 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
02 - Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter, then drizzle or brush with honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon if using.
03 - Place peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for 3–4 minutes, until grill marks appear and peaches begin to caramelize.
04 - Flip peaches and grill skin-side down for another 3–4 minutes, until soft but not mushy.
05 - Remove peaches from the grill. Place two halves on each serving plate. Top each portion with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with additional honey and garnish with mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
