# Steps to Follow:
01 - Rinse all vegetables thoroughly. Cut the bell peppers into rings or strips. Slice the cucumber and separate broccoli into small florets.
02 - On a large round platter, arrange bell pepper rings, broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices in a circular wreath shape. Add black olives for color and scatter parsley or rosemary sprigs for garnish.
03 - In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
