# Steps to Follow:

01 - Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
02 - Cut cucumbers diagonally into 1/4-inch thick oval slices and arrange them in overlapping rows forming a fan shape on a large serving platter.
03 - Peel carrots and slice diagonally into thin ovals matching the cucumber slices; arrange next to the cucumber slices to extend the fan shape.
04 - Cut red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips and arrange them in sections beside the cucumbers and carrots for color contrast.
05 - Cluster cherry tomatoes and sugar snap peas at the base or sides of the fan for visual appeal.
06 - In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chives, dill, parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper; mix thoroughly.
