→ Mango Salsa

10 - 2 ripe mangoes, diced
11 - 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
12 - 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
13 - 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
14 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
15 - 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
16 - 1/4 tsp salt

→ Bowls

17 - 2 cups cooked white or brown rice, warm
18 - 1 cup shredded red cabbage
19 - 1 avocado, sliced
20 - Lime wedges, for serving

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for 10 minutes.
02 - In a separate bowl, gently mix mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Set aside.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
04 - Divide warm cooked rice evenly among four bowls. Top with shredded cabbage, sliced avocado, prepared mango salsa, and cooked shrimp.
