01 - 1 cup (240 ml) tart cherry juice, unsweetened
02 - 1 cup (240 ml) sparkling water, chilled

→ Sweetener (optional)

03 - 1–2 teaspoons agave syrup or honey, to taste

04 - 6–8 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
05 - 4–6 fresh cherries, pitted and halved (for garnish)

→ Ice

06 - 1 cup ice cubes

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a glass or small pitcher, gently muddle the mint leaves with the agave syrup or honey (if using) to release their aroma.
02 - Add the tart cherry juice and stir to combine.
03 - Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
04 - Pour the cherry-mint mixture evenly over the ice.
05 - Top each glass with chilled sparkling water. Stir gently to combine.
06 - Garnish with fresh cherries and extra mint leaves. Serve immediately.
