Cherry Brie Panettone Cranberry (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Bread

01 - 4 slices panettone bread, approximately 1 inch thick each

→ Cheese

02 - 4 ounces Brie cheese, sliced

→ Spreads

03 - 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons cherry preserves

→ Butter

05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Spread a thin layer of softened unsalted butter on one side of each panettone slice.
02 - Spread 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce and 1 tablespoon of cherry preserves each onto the unbuttered side of two panettone slices.
03 - Arrange sliced Brie cheese evenly over the cranberry and cherry-covered slices.
04 - Top with the remaining panettone slices, buttered side outward, to form two sandwiches.
05 - Warm a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.
06 - Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing lightly, until panettone is golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
07 - Remove sandwiches from the skillet. Allow to rest 1 minute, then slice and serve while warm.
