01 - Halve apples, core, and slice into very thin, even pieces. Place slices in a microwave-safe bowl with lemon juice and a little water, then microwave for 2 to 3 minutes until flexible.
02 - Drain apple slices and pat dry. Line up 5 to 6 overlapping pieces, then roll tightly to form a rosette. Secure with a toothpick if necessary and brush with warmed apricot jam to add shine.

06 - Distribute olives, cornichons, and whole grain mustard into small bowls and place on the board. Arrange sliced baguette and assorted crackers around the edges for easy access.
07 - Optionally garnish with fresh herbs such as rosemary sprigs. Serve immediately for optimal freshness.
