- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, light brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir just until combined. Fold in caramel sauce gently.
- Transfer batter to prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely before slicing into 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick slices.
- Place banana bread slices in the center of a large serving board or platter.
- Surround bread with strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, sliced bananas, apple slices, grapes, mini pretzels, and chocolate-covered almonds arranged in groups.
- Portion cream cheese, chocolate-hazelnut spread, peanut or almond butter, and caramel sauce into small serving bowls and place on the board.
- Drizzle additional caramel sauce over banana bread slices if desired and serve immediately.
