# Steps to Follow:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce and melted butter. Mix until chicken is evenly coated. Set aside.
02 - Arrange bread slices on a flat surface. Spread softened butter on one side of each slice.
03 - On the unbuttered side of four bread slices, evenly spread shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Top each with buffalo chicken mixture. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles and sliced green onions if desired.
04 - Place remaining bread slices on top of each sandwich, ensuring buttered sides face outward.
05 - Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and cheese is fully melted.
