# Steps to Follow:
01 - In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, goat cheese, cheddar, butter, and sour cream until smooth and fluffy.

03 - Place the cheese mixture on plastic wrap and shape gently into a 25-centimeter log, smoothing the surface to mimic a yule log.
04 - Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
05 - On a clean surface, mix chopped nuts, parsley, and rosemary. Unwrap the chilled log and roll it evenly in the nut-herb mixture to coat all sides.
