02 - Brush the prepared pizza crust with olive oil and set it on a sheet of parchment paper.
03 - Spread turkey gravy evenly over the crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
04 - Distribute shredded or chopped turkey evenly over the gravy. Drop small spoonfuls of mashed potatoes over the top if using.
05 - Sprinkle the crumbled stuffing evenly across the pizza.
06 - Dollop cranberry sauce generously over the toppings.
07 - Evenly distribute shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over all other ingredients.
08 - Scatter thinly sliced red onion over the top.
09 - Transfer the assembled pizza (along with the parchment paper) onto the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and the edges are golden.
10 - Remove from the oven. Drizzle with extra gravy if desired, and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
