01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, milk, salt, black pepper, optional allspice, and parsley. Mix gently until just combined.
03 - Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and arrange evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until browned and cooked through.
05 - While meatballs bake, add cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and optional cayenne pepper to a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the mixture is smooth and bubbling, about 5 minutes.
06 - Add baked meatballs to the saucepan. Stir gently to coat and simmer on low heat for 7 to 10 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
07 - Serve meatballs warm as an appetizer with toothpicks or over rice as a main course.
