# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It's ready in under 40 minutes, which means dinner plans can change at the last minute without stress.
  • Every vegetable piece stays slightly crisp because the flatbread cooks fast enough to keep things from getting soggy.
  • Kids actually get excited about eating vegetables when they're arranged like a rainbow instead of buried under cheese.
02 -
  • If your vegetables are wet after washing, pat them completely dry before arranging—moisture will make the flatbread soggy and prevent the toppings from cooking properly.
  • The difference between this turning out perfectly and turning out mediocre is how evenly you spread the sauce and cheese, so take an extra 30 seconds to really distribute it.
03 -
  • If your flatbreads are thick or chewy instead of thin and crispy, you might need to bake them for 2-3 minutes before adding toppings so the bottom sets and won't get soggy from the sauce.
  • Arrange your vegetables in the order you plan to use them on a cutting board before you start assembling, so you're not fumbling around looking for the next color while your flatbread sits naked on the baking sheet.
