In a bowl, combine the sautéed spinach and garlic with crumbled feta and mozzarella cheese.

Heat a separate skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread a quarter of the spinach and cheese mixture over half of the tortilla.

Fold the tortilla over and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling. Slice each quesadilla into wedges and serve warm.
