# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and jalapeño for 3 minutes, until softened.
03 - Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked, about 6 to 8 minutes.
04 - Stir in taco seasoning, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne, salt, black pepper, and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
05 - Incorporate water and let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, until the mixture is thickened. Remove from heat.
06 - Arrange flatbreads on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Distribute the turkey mixture evenly over each flatbread, then sprinkle with cheese.
07 - Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted and edges are crisp.
