03 - 2 medium carrots, peeled
04 - 1 small red bell pepper
05 - 1 small yellow bell pepper
06 - 6 cherry tomatoes
07 - 1 black olive

→ Dip

08 - 7 oz (200 g) Greek yogurt or sour cream
09 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
10 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
11 - 2 tablespoons fresh chives or dill, finely chopped
12 - 1 garlic clove, minced
13 - Salt, to taste
14 - Pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Slice the cucumber into 0.4-inch (1 cm) rounds. Cut one carrot into sticks for the snowman's arms, and create thin ribbons from the other carrot for the scarf using a peeler. Slice bell peppers into small strips and pieces for the hat, buttons, and scarf accents. Thinly slice the black olive for the eyes and mouth.
02 - On a large serving platter, arrange three cauliflower florets in descending size vertically to form the snowman's body. Place cucumber rounds near the base to represent snow. Add carrot sticks as arms and carrot ribbons as a scarf around the neck. Use black olive slices for eyes and mouth, a small carrot piece for the nose, and bell pepper strips to shape a hat and buttons. Surround with cherry tomatoes and additional vegetables as extra crudités.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, finely chopped chives or dill, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
04 - Place the prepared dip in a small bowl adjacent to or within the platter for dipping.
