Cinnamon Cobbler Treat (Printable Page)

# What You Need:

01 - 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
02 - 3/4 cup whole milk
03 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
04 - 1 1/2 cups white sugar
05 - 1 1/2 cups plain flour
06 - 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
07 - 3/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
09 - 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed down
10 - 1 1/2 cups water, heated up

→ Topping

11 - 1/4 cup white sugar
12 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

# How to Make It:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the melted butter across the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Grab a big bowl and stir milk, vanilla, and white sugar until they're well mixed.
03 - Now put in flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon with your wet mix. Stir just enough to blend everything.
04 - Spoon your batter over the butter in the pan. Don't stir them together. Scatter brown sugar all over the top.
05 - Slowly add hot water over everything in the pan.
06 - Pop it in the hot oven for about 30-35 minutes until it looks golden on top and seems mostly firm.
07 - In a small bowl, mix white sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this all over your hot dessert.
08 - Give it a few minutes to cool down a bit. It tastes best warm, and you can add some vanilla ice cream if you want.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Keep leftovers in the fridge with a cover for up to 4 days. You can freeze it for 2 months max - just thaw it before you warm it up again.
