# What You Need:

→ Pork Loin

01 - 3–5 pound pork loin roast
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 large onion, cut into large pieces
04 - 3 garlic cloves, smashed
05 - 1 cup chicken broth

→ Seasoning Rub

06 - 1 tablespoon paprika
07 - 2 teaspoons salt
08 - 2 teaspoons black pepper

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, mix paprika, salt, and black pepper.
02 - Rub the pork loin thoroughly with the seasoning mixture. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork on all sides for 2–3 minutes per side, until nicely browned.
03 - Place the onion and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour chicken broth over the top. Add the browned pork loin.
04 - Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, or until a meat thermometer reads 145°F (63°C) internal temperature.
05 - Remove pork from the slow cooker and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

01 - Browning the pork before slow cooking adds depth of flavor.

03 - Can be sliced for dinner or shredded for sandwiches or tacos.
