Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray.

Put ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and cook until it's fully browned. Pour off any extra grease.

Stir in ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt with your cooked beef. Let it bubble for 5 minutes, then take it off the heat.

Pour your meat mixture into a bowl. Toss in the cut-up biscuits and stir until everything's well coated.

Dump the biscuit and meat combo into your greased baking pan. Scatter shredded cheddar all over the top.

Stick the pan in the oven and let it bake for 28-30 minutes until you see a nice golden crust on top.

Take it out of the oven and dish it up while it's hot.
