# What You Need:

01 - 2 teaspoons avocado oil
02 - 1 1/4 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 8 tortillas

→ Mango Salsa

06 - 2 cups mango, diced
07 - 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
08 - 1/4 cup red onion, diced
09 - 1 small Habanero pepper, seeded and finely diced
10 - 3 teaspoons lime juice
11 - 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
12 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
13 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine all salsa ingredients in a bowl, then taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
02 - In a large skillet, heat avocado oil over high heat. Sprinkle chili powder and salt on both sides of the shrimp. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
