# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
03 - 2 tbsp olive oil
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
06 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
07 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
08 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - 4 thick slices French or Italian bread
11 - Garlic butter (softened butter mixed with minced garlic and parsley)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread garlic butter on each slice of bread and arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and toasted. Set aside.
02 - Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet in a single layer. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp butter and the white wine (or chicken broth). Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice, red pepper flakes (if using), and the remaining butter. Mix until smooth.
04 - Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and stir gently. Divide the shrimp and sauce into bowls and serve with the warm garlic bread on the side. Enjoy!
