01 - 1.1 lbs turkey breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

04 - 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
05 - 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
06 - 1 cup seedless red or green grapes
07 - 2 tbsp olive oil
08 - 1 tsp kosher salt
09 - 1/2 tsp black pepper

10 - 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
11 - 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
12 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
13 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried thyme
14 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
15 - 1 small garlic clove, finely minced
16 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
17 - 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
18 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning.
02 - In a large bowl, toss turkey cubes, bell peppers, onion, pineapple, and grapes with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Thread turkey pieces and fruit alternately onto skewers, distributing ingredients evenly across each.
04 - Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to ensure proper cooking temperature.
05 - Whisk together maple syrup, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, Dijon mustard, garlic, smoked paprika, chili flakes (if using), salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
06 - Grill skewers for 12 to 15 minutes, turning every 3 to 4 minutes, until turkey is fully cooked and lightly charred.
07 - During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the skewers generously with the herb-maple glaze, turning frequently to coat all sides evenly.
