07 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
08 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

09 - 12 oz (340 g) green beans, trimmed (fresh or frozen)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausage and sauté for 4–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, add onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook another 30 seconds.
03 - Add potatoes, broth, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes, until potatoes are fork-tender.
04 - Stir in green beans and return sausage to the skillet. Cover and cook 5–7 more minutes until beans are tender.
05 - Remove lid and stir in butter if using. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve hot, straight from the skillet.
