01 - In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, dill if using, diced pickles, and red onion. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
02 - Arrange the tortillas flat. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla, dividing it evenly.
03 - Top the chicken filling with 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese on each tortilla.
04 - If desired, sprinkle shredded lettuce on top of the cheese.
05 - Fold the edges inward and roll each tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
06 - Heat a large nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Arrange the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden and cheese has melted.
07 - Cut the wraps in half and serve while warm.
