In a large pitcher, whisk together cucumber juice, lemon juice, pickle juice, tequila, and agave syrup until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

If desired, place a few thin cucumber slices into each popsicle mold for added texture and appearance.

Pour the liquid mixture evenly into 8 popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely solid.

Once frozen, mix together lemon zest and smoked sea salt on a small plate. Briefly run the molds under warm water to release the popsicles. Just before serving, lightly moisten the tips of each popsicle and dip into the lemon zest–smoked salt mixture for a zesty, savory finish.
