# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 cup warm whole milk (240 ml)
02 - 2¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)

05 - ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted (75 g)
06 - 4 cups all-purpose flour (500 g)

→ Cream Cheese Frosting

11 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened (115 g)
12 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened (60 g)
13 - 1½ cups powdered sugar (180 g)
14 - ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
15 - 1–2 tbsp milk

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine warm milk and active dry yeast in a large mixing bowl. Allow to rest for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy.
02 - Whisk in sugar, eggs, and melted butter with the yeast mixture. Add flour and salt, stirring until a dough forms.
03 - Knead the dough either by hand or with a dough hook for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Place the dough into a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm environment for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
05 - Roll the risen dough on a floured surface into a 16 by 12-inch rectangle.
06 - Spread softened butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
07 - Roll the dough tightly along the long edge and slice into 12 equal rolls.
08 - Arrange the rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
09 - Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.
10 - Bake the rolls for 22 to 25 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
11 - While the rolls bake, beat cream cheese and softened butter until smooth. Gradually incorporate powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Add milk as needed for desired consistency.
12 - Allow rolls to cool for 10 minutes before spreading cream cheese frosting evenly over the top.
13 - Arrange cinnamon rolls on a serving board or platter. Garnish with mini marshmallows, peppermint candies, white chocolate chips, fresh raspberries, sliced strawberries, sprigs of mint, and dust with powdered sugar for a festive display.
