01 -  Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice the lemons and mince the garlic. 
 02 -  Place the cod fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper. 
 03 -  Arrange the lemon slices on top of the fish. Sprinkle with the mixed herbs for added flavor. 
 04 -  Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. 
 05 -  Transfer to plates and serve immediately with a side of vegetables or salad.
