01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat.
02 - Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half the cheese, then add the ground beef, pickles, onions, and the remaining cheese on top.
03 - Cover with a second tortilla and cook until golden and the cheese melts, flipping once halfway through.
04 - Slice the quesadilla into wedges and serve with ketchup and mustard.
