12 - ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

13 - ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
14 - ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
02 - Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 6-8 minutes, until the beef is browned and cooked through.
03 - Stir in the red bell pepper and zucchini. Cook for 4-5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 more minutes until they soften slightly.
