03 - Layer the cooked sushi rice, diced mango, diced avocado, shredded carrot, and sliced cucumber in a serving bowl.
04 - Top the bowl with the marinated salmon or tofu. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top. Serve immediately.
