# Steps to Follow:

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add egg, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 13–15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cookie base to cool completely, then crumble into fine pieces in a large bowl.
- Add an additional 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt to crumbs and mix until mixture holds when pressed; add extra yogurt in 1 teaspoon increments if needed.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in freezer for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt white chocolate or candy melts with coconut oil (if used) in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip tip of each cake pop stick into melted chocolate, then insert into each cake ball.
- Dip each cake pop into melted chocolate to coat, gently tap off excess, and immediately add sprinkles if desired.
- Stand cake pops upright in styrofoam block or stand; allow coating to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
