09 - 1 large or 2 medium tomatoes, sliced

11 - 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
12 - ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
13 - ⅓ cup sliced pepperoncini
14 - ½ cup mayonnaise
15 - ½ cup Italian dressing
16 - 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
17 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
18 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
19 - ½ teaspoon salt
20 - ½ teaspoon pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and place oven rack in the middle position.
02 - Slice the bread horizontally and lay both sides open on a rimmed baking sheet.
03 - On one half, layer provolone, Swiss, and pepper jack cheeses. On the other, layer salami, ham, prosciutto, and turkey.
04 - Bake for 5 minutes, until cheese melts and meats are warm.
05 - While baking, combine all topping mix ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
06 - Remove sandwich from oven.
07 - On the cheese side, layer the tossed topping mix. Add sliced tomatoes and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
08 - Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the meat side.
09 - Close the sandwich, cut into 4 portions, and serve immediately.
