01 - 1.5 lbs (700 g) boneless, skinless turkey breast

03 - 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
04 - 2 tsp lemon zest
05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, herbs, mustard, salt, and pepper.
02 - Place the turkey breast in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over it, turning to coat evenly. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
03 - Heat grill to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
04 - Remove the turkey from the marinade and let excess drip off. Grill for 6–8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the surface is nicely charred.
