# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates.
02 - Brush peach halves lightly with olive oil. Grill cut-side down for 2–3 minutes until grill marks appear and peaches are slightly softened. Remove and slice into wedges.
03 - Pat halloumi slices dry with paper towels. Grill for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crisp. Remove from the grill and cut into bite-sized pieces.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, sumac, salt, and pepper.
05 - Arrange salad greens on a platter. Top with grilled peach wedges, seared halloumi, red onion slices, and pomegranate seeds if using. Drizzle with dressing.
06 - Sprinkle with toasted nuts and serve immediately.
