# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It takes less time than brewing coffee and gives you actual energy that lasts past noon.
  • The mint and lemon make it taste fresh and alive, not like punishment in a glass.
  • You can drink your greens without chewing through a salad before breakfast.
  • It uses simple ingredients you probably already have, no exotic superfoods required.
02 -
  • Use a frozen banana or the smoothie will be warm and less refreshing, it makes all the difference in texture.
  • Don't skip the lemon juice, it cuts through the earthiness of the greens and wakes up the whole drink.
  • If your blender struggles, add a little more water and pause to scrape down the sides halfway through.
03 -
  • Blend longer than you think you need to, that extra 30 seconds makes it velvety instead of gritty.
  • If it's too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time, if it's too thin, toss in more frozen banana.
  • Clean your blender immediately after pouring, it takes ten seconds and saves you from scrubbing dried green gunk later.
