01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine gingerbread cookie dough with the gingerbread spice mix until evenly blended. Fold in the chocolate chips to distribute throughout the dough.
03 - Portion dough into 12 equal balls and arrange them on the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each.
04 - Bake for 10 minutes until the edges are set and centers are puffed. Cool slightly on the tray before transferring to a wire rack.
