05 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
06 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
07 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
09 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

→ Vegetables & Additions

10 - 2 ripe avocados, cut into 1-inch cubes
11 - 1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
12 - 1 lemon, cut into wedges (for garnish)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley.
02 - Add the shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature.
03 - Thread shrimp, avocado cubes, and red onion chunks alternately onto skewers. Start and finish each skewer with shrimp for stability.
04 - Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates.
05 - Grill skewers for 2–3 minutes per side, turning once, until shrimp are opaque and lightly charred, and avocados show grill marks.
06 - Remove from grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - For best results, use firm but ripe avocados to prevent them from falling apart on the grill.
02 - Substitute lime juice for lemon for a different citrus note.
03 - Add cherry tomatoes or bell pepper chunks for extra color and flavor.
04 - Serve over salad greens or rice for a more filling meal.
05 - Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
