# Steps to Follow:

01 - Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add milk, garlic, mixed herbs, a pinch of salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Whisk thoroughly until smooth.
02 - Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it sit undisturbed for a few seconds. Gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from the edges toward the center until softly set and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
