03 - Add chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss thoroughly to ensure even coating with marinade. Allow to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours refrigerated for enhanced flavor.
04 - Arrange drumsticks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 35 to 40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until skin is golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
05 - Remove from oven and let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
06 - Top with chopped fresh parsley and present with lemon wedges.
